Tajinder Kaur Grewal
President
Tajinder Grewal is a professional individual who dedicates her time to guide and direct the South Asian/Punjabi community in response to issues and challenges one may have.
Her focused vision is to assist families with building stronger expectations or relationships between each other which comes from her years of experience with interpersonal skills in connection to; communicating with others to help them achieve a positive understanding of one another's wellbeing.
Tajinder is very caring and passionate with understanding others challenges and possible struggles that they may have. In other words, her goal is to aid in getting one on the track of overcoming difficulties and preventing future complications, is what she sees as a way to help the community.
Tajinder resides with her family in Cambridge and enjoys travelling, listening to music. Tajinder is looking forward to working with you.

Baldev Mutta
Vice President
Baldev Mutta Founder and Ex-CEO, Punjabi Community Health Services, Peel Region, Ontario: Baldev founded Punjabi Community Health Services Ontario in July 1990 and was instrumental in making it an accredited, charitable, and culturally appropriate organization. The organization now provides services in the areas of addictions, mental health, geriatrics, settlement, and a variety of other social programs and services to the South Asian community.
Baldev has developed an Integrated Holistic Service Delivery Model which encompasses the way services are to be provided to the community. As South Asian culture values ‘we’ over ‘I’, the services also reflect the coopting of the family into treatment rather than treating only the individual. This model also allows for the provision of services to be provided to the family at the right time, right place, and using the right intervention.
He has received many community awards for his work on equity, community development, diversity management, and organizational change. He also hosts his television show, Community Connection, on PCHS TV. Baldev continues to be an incredible mentor and advisor to the PCHS Waterloo Team

Harkirat Singh
Treasurer
Harkirat Singh have rich corporate experience from India and he is managing the consulting business from last 13 years in the field of immigration . Where he came across so many new immigrant families and other individuals. While in this field he got the intense insight of the problems our community go through and he tried his best to help them and support them in different ways.
Harkirat Singh a professional and with keen vision to help people and make difference in their lives He is passionate about serving the South Asian/ Punjabi community and bring change in people's lives. He actively works to advance PCHS Waterloo's mission and sustain its operations through effective financial management. Harkirat Singh’s dedication to the non-profit sector make him a valuable asset to PCHS Waterloo.

Rajinder Kaur Samra
Secretary
Rajinder is a proud Canadian immigrant who moved to Canada in 1995. She has been a Driver Instructor for over 19 years and a Realtor. During her professional career, she has had the pleasure of working alongside and forming connections with young and diverse communities across the GTA. Rajinder is fluent in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu. She has also enjoyed serving the Punjabi and Sikh community through volunteer work with different religious and social organizations.
Through her professional and personal experience, Rajinder has gained valuable insight into the barriers to inclusive and equitable resources. So, she is passionate and excited to serve and support the diverse community and their cultural needs in many areas, including mental health, and emotional and social services.
Rajinder enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and parents. Some of her interests are gardening, long walks with the family, and adventuring to new places and opportunities.

Surjit Kaur Dhadda
Director
Surjit resided in Canada since 1998 and is a proud Canadian citizen. Working many jobs as an immigrant,
she has worked her way up to having her own small business in trucking. Apart from her professional
career, Surjit has taken initiative in taking part in many community events. Through her career, she has
devoted her time in helping the community. This ranges from taking responsibility in arranging and
serving free meals during local sports tournaments through the Tiger Sports Club, to volunteering at the
Gurudwara every Sunday. During her spare time she enjoys spending time cooking, gardening, travelling
across the globe, and is always looking for new ways to help.

Amandeep Kaur
Advisor
PCHS Waterloo is also guided by the current CEO of PCHS, our parent organization in Peel
region, Ontario. Amandeep Kaur has been instrumental in participating in the Growth, Expansion, and sustainability of PCHS since April 1994.
